Family Business® (operated by Youth S.r.l.) is committed to ensuring accessibility for all customers, including people with disabilities, and to making its website and services inclusive and easy to use, in line with applicable accessibility standards.
The site is built to work with the accessibility features already available in browsers and devices, such as zoom and text resizing, screen readers, keyboard navigation and high-contrast modes, without the need for additional plugins or tools.
Accessibility standards
Our goal is compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the reference standard of the European Accessibility Act (EN 301 549). These guidelines require content to be:

Compliance status and known limitations
The site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The main pages (homepage, collections, product pages, size guide, search, contact, FAQ and policies) pass automated WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility tests, and all product images have alternative text. Some third-party content, such as the Shopify checkout and payment pages provided by payment partners and the cookie consent banner, may not be fully compliant.
