Returns

Follow these simple steps to submit your return request directly from your customer account.

Click here to log in to your account and manage your orders.

  1. Enter your email address and click “Continue” .
  2. Check your email and copy the 6-digit verification code .
  3. Go back to the store and enter the code to log in.
  4. Click “Request Return” next to the order you wish to return.
  5. Select the items you want to return and indicate the reason for the return.
  6. Click on “Submit return request” .

After the request

  • You will receive a confirmation via email.
  • If the return is approved, we will send you shipping instructions.
  • Once we receive the product, we will process the refund according to our policy.

Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The return handling fee is 25% of the total order value and will be deducted directly from your refund. You will be able to see the exact amount upon request.

Note: Only fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders can be returned. If you placed the order as a guest , you will be asked to log in using the same email address you used to checkout to view your orders.
