Returns
Follow these simple steps to submit your return request directly from your customer account.
Click here to log in to your account and manage your orders.
- Enter your email address and click “Continue” .
- Check your email and copy the 6-digit verification code .
- Go back to the store and enter the code to log in.
- Click “Request Return” next to the order you wish to return.
- Select the items you want to return and indicate the reason for the return.
- Click on “Submit return request” .
After the request
- You will receive a confirmation via email.
- If the return is approved, we will send you shipping instructions.
- Once we receive the product, we will process the refund according to our policy.
Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The return handling fee is 25% of the total order value and will be deducted directly from your refund. You will be able to see the exact amount upon request.
Note: Only fulfilled or partially fulfilled orders can be returned. If you placed the order as a guest , you will be asked to log in using the same email address you used to checkout to view your orders.
